Ravi, I use WP Fastest Cache and absolutely love it. It is light, fast and doesn’t give me too many problems. Trust me I have used most of the cache plugins on your list and because I use a heavy theme, sooner or later they start messing around and clashes appear.
Since I shifted to WP Fastest cache, the problems are gone and everything is smooth and fast. I also use the free Cloudflare CDN with WP Fastest Cache and this combination really works well. Free Cloudflare offers dynamic cache under page rules which is extremely useful to cache dynamic content.
