Do You Have That One Special Quality of a Successful Blogger

The dream of becoming an entrepreneur is conventional and people are rolling their sleeves up to chase their dreams.

Are you the one with a dream in your eyes? What if you aren’t on the right path? Are you horrified?

Well, you should only if you’re not following that one master key to success. It’s very important to have that one special quality of a successful blogger.

In the past few years, I have learned that most of the people hallucinate and don’t really have that spark to kick their ass to make their dream come true.

Life is all about how you let it be. Though the ups and downs can’t be controlled by anyone, the success rate can be altered by your actions.

What’s The Quality Everyone Wants To Have An Insight About

If you’re a blogger then you may be thinking about the secrets of successful blogging and how can you build your authority in your niche.

That’s the only way to become a successful entrepreneur. But there is one special quality which can beat everything.

Haven’t you heard the quote?

“Hard work beats talent when talent doesn’t work hard”

This is just the starting. What’s the real purpose of this quote? What does it really mean?

Hard work needs only one thing and that’s “CONSISTENCY”. Everyone is working hard but if someone gives up before his/her destination, the hard work is a just dissipate.

But if you’re consistent then nothing can stop you to become a star of your own dreams.

I have written my own quote, hope you will like it.

‘Success kisses those who value Consistency.’Click To Tweet

You may be thinking how can it be. Just a few days ago, someone asked me about the post schedule I employ on my blog.

I publish almost every day.

Let Me Hear From You About Your Preferable Blog Post Schedule

It’s been a debating topic whether you should publish once a week, twice, thrice or more for many years. But no one has really given an answer worth accepting.

But I have an answer.

Do you read WPbeginner, Copyblogger? These are the blogs no one can repudiate.

What so special about these blogs and why have they been ruling since last 10 years? There is only one thing common and that’s “consistency”.

This is the special quality of a successful blogger. Most of the people fret and get perplexed by the fact of daily post schedule.

“Quality is worth adapting but its combination with the Quantity is indubitable”

What’s The First Question Arises In Your Mind

You can relate to the fact that many bloggers aren’t writing regularly because of their job or family issues. I can understand that it’s hard for the parents to spend sufficient time on their blog.

But if you’re a full-time blogger then you can’t make any excuse.

“Excuses are the biggest hurdles in your success’s path.”

And one of the biggest problems occurs when people think that how can they maintain one post a day? There is a simple answer.

‘Entrepreneurs don’t just think, they act.’Click To Tweet

You may read about Richard Branson, Steve Jobs, and many other famous personalities but have you ever thought from where they began?

That one special quality of a successful entrepreneur which makes all the difference.

All the famous people tell you only one thing, keep going, never give up, chase your dreams.

“Run, walk or even crawl but keep going.”

That’s what consistency means. You should keep your harmony at any cost.

How Can You Maintain The Consistency

One of the biggest questions arises about keeping your pace at a constant rate. The thing is that no one can keep that until and unless a specific strategy is followed.

Let me point out a few.

#1. Guest Posts

This is one of most effective formulas. If you don’t have the time to update your blog regularly, start accepting the guest posts.

Many studies have shown that guest blogging has turned out to be a way to build human bonds with other bloggers. It would be beneficial for both of you.

Your guest author will get a chance to prove himself/herself to a new audience and you will receive a piece of the content with diversity.

Make sure, your guest bloggers aren’t making these guest blogging mistakes.

#2. Write Blog Post In Advance

Can you write more than one blog post every day? If not, then why? Improve your writing speed and craft the content which can stand.

I keep at least 15 posts in my drafts folder to be ready for some hard time. You should always be ready.

I can understand that it’s hard to keep yourself motivated for so long. But when you are, concentrate on the content you write.

A qualitative article requires almost three hours including all the graphics. If you’re a full-time blogger then I don’t think 6 hours are too much.

#3. Ask Your Fellow Bloggers To Help

It’s always recommended to build some strong human relationships in this blogosphere. People aren’t crazy to repeat the same thing again and again.

There is a purpose behind everything. Have you tried to ask any of your fellow bloggers to write a blog post on your blog?

This may be something which should be tried. Just a few days ago, one of my friends got injured and had to keep the blog at the same pace it used to.

The case may not be the same but the real intention is correlative. Try it sometime.

#4. Stay Motivated

One of the biggest reasons people can’t have that one special quality of a successful blogger is demotivation.

I may not be having a standard you would look for but I can definitely give you a reason to keep your motivation alive.

‘If you wish to live your dream, you will find your own way.’Click To Tweet

The truth is that you have to find your own source of motivation. Many successful people tell you to remember the day you started.

But every individual needs a unique reason to keep going. Chase your goal, think about the day you reach your goal, dream and work hard for it.

No one can force you to keep going. Only you are the one who can tell yourself to stay motivated.

Do You Possess The Special Quality of a Successful Blogger

So what have you concluded? Are you having such quality? Can you overcome from all the sources of the demotivation?

Every time I start writing, only one thought revolves back and forth.

“Keep the consistency and left everyone behind.”

It’s not a narcissistic statement, it’s the goal people crave. I know people would consider “narcissist” to the physical appearance.

Wouldn’t the path of your successful career be the tagline to write it under every piece of the content you generate during your blogging journey?

Do you have that one special quality of a successful blogger? What are the things with which, you keep yourself motivated?

What’s your post schedule? Are you following someone or you have your own path? Our readers would like to hear about it.

  1. Hi Ravi,

“Be Consistent” – This is one of the most popular blogging success mantras we read and hear day after day.

Most of the popular blogs out there are popular because they offer quality content, but equally as important is the consistency with which they offer new information delivered in a timely manner.

Maintenance is one of hard works to follow. It takes some time and practice. Once you jumped this key-hole,you win more than 50% of making your blog more viewable.

Consistency goes hand and hand with quality and offering value. I have a spreadsheet that is used to tract frequency of topics and such. It is a real help.

    Thanks a lot for sharing.

  2. Hello Ravi,

    Great tips here ?

Indeed we need to work harder and remain focus on our goals, so that we can make out stand in this over crowed market.
Consistency is the main key for success, in spite of the failures we need to remain consistent, we can not climb a mountain, without getting our foot steeps slipped in the way.

We need to push our selves, no body is going to that for us. Building relationships from the fellow bloggers has always been a key to rise up. They help us in many ways and it could generate a lot of good things for us.

    Thanks for the share.

Have a great week ahead ?

    Shantanu.

  3. Hi Ravi,

I love listening to Problogger podcasts. I’ve actually started listening to them every morning when I do my exercise. You’re definitely correct about consistency. I hear and read it every day.

That was one of the things that I neglected to do on the past blogs that I started. That’s why I am here starting over with my new blog.

I was always looking for that bright shiny object that always promised fast results. Unfortunately, with blogging, there are no fast results.

However, like you said as long as you’re consistent with your blogging duties, you will have success.

Thanks for writing this post, many bloggers will benefit from these words.

    Have a great day ?

    Susan

  4. Hi Ravi,

The best quality of the writing is the way you romance words. Even a 2 year child who is able to read can relate. To have people understand your writing even if it isn’t a long post – make the writing simple, use friendly languages and avoid long sentences.

Consistency has helped, is helping and will always help those who are ready to practice it. Consistency calls for persistence. If you can’t persist enough, the act of being consistent would be seen.

    Thanks for sharing.

  5. Hi Ravi,
I think ‘Write Blog Post In Advance’ is one of the best strategy to stay proactive rather than procrastinating. Blogging is a very hectic and monotonous job so one must stay active and kill laziness.

  6. Hello, Ravi!

No, I don’t own the consistency for myself.

Yeah, I’m passionate about the blogging, but still, I lack it a big time.

So many things are there to contribute to my weakness, but they have been here with me from years and even from the first day when I started blogging.

Slowly I am working on getting rid of them and have been a little success with the way I am going for now.

Being into the full-fledged “consistency” will take a lot of time though… But every drop of rain counts!

    Great stuff, buddy!
