It helps people to know about the latest post of any website anonymously. You can subscribe to the RSS of any website and then don’t need to visit the website every now and then. RSS feeds have many features to use. You can analyze the activities and can optimize your feed using man options.
How To Create A Feedburner Account?
If You want to set up Feedburner then you have to create an account for that. Just visit the Feedburner page and follow the steps.
Step 1:- You would see that you have the field to fill the blog to create the feed. You just have to enter the domain name followed by the feed. The first option is to claim the feeds you have ever created. You don’t need that right now. So focus on the second option.
Step 2:- Now is the time to burn the feed for your website. You have to fill the title of your website. It’s recommended that you should use the same title as you show on your blog. It would be great from the SEO point of view.
An another field is there to fill. This is the address using which your subscribers can see the feed of your website. It is recommended to keep it short.
Step 3:- If you see the option to reach to the Feedburner management page then go for it. Now the feeds have been created. Just have to set up Feedburner properly. Click on the “optimize” option.
You have to choose the “BrowserFriendly, SmartFeed, and FeeFlare” options from the list. Enabling these three options will make it easier for the people to subscribe and the capability would increase.
Step 4:- Now click on the “Publicize” option. You have to enable three options here. Enable Email subscription, Pingshot, and Feedcount. These options will help you to show the subscription box to subscribe to your website feeds and to send the notification when the feed update.
You have successfully created the RSS feed for your WordPress website. It may take the time to show the feeds in the analyze section, so wait for 1 day or two.
To Set Up Feedburner, Integrate It With The WordPress.
You have created the feeds for your website but now you have to generate the redirect for them to integrate it with the WordPress. You can do that using any plugin or use the .htaccess file. There are many plugins to redirect the RSS feeds to the WordPress website.

Hi Ravi,
You are so awesome at tutorials! Do you remember years ago when the talked about Feedburner’s demise? People were so upset! Somehow you stayed around and is being used by many. I use it for both of my sites along with standard Jetpack. I had issues with my feed in Triberr so I now use Feedburner for those. You know I’m passing this post along as I know many will like using it.
Thanks, as always, for the great content!
