You can do it in some simple steps. There is nothing much to do with it. You can follow my instructions and at last you will get what you want.

Steps are as follow:

Step 1:- Like always login into your cPanel and search for “files“. Now file manager to click. Don’t forget to click at “Web Root” directory. We can write it as “public_html“. All the content will be found in this directory only.

Step 2:- A new tab in your window will open and many files will be shown to you. From which you have to find a file named “wp-content“. In this, all the files of your plugins, themes and more is stored. Just open this file and you will come to know.

Step 3:- You will see a file with the name “themes”. Just go for it and you will find all the themes you have uploaded to your WordPress website. If you want to backup the currently enabled theme then selects that file only.

But if you want the backup of all of your themes then select the file named “themes”. In some cases, you may also find your theme files outside the “themes” file. You may find it within “wp-content” file across with other files.

Step 4:- You can download the backup of your WordPress theme only if you compress all the files into one single .zip file. You can name the backup whatever you want. It will be easy to find it if you name it according to your choice. So click the file you want to backup and compress it by using right click option or the “compress option given above.

Step 5:- After compressing, you will find one single file in the .zip form. You just have to click to that file and the backup of your WordPress theme will get started.
