Everyone is making a difference being a leader instead of a boss. What does differ a boss and a leader? Is it only about the personality traits?

A person who tries to suppress his employees is the boss and who nurtures the talent is a leader.

If you can’t remain self-motivated then how would you motivate your employees?

The first rule to guide someone is to be that person who has the standard to match. Suppose you are a self-deprived person and tries to motivate others.

What would be the reaction of everyone? Well, it won’t be in your favor.

First, build a strong motivation level, find the reason to stay motivated, practice it and be a better leader.

People work for you. What does that signify? Do you own them?

Heck no, you aren’t even close to the leadership. You know what a leader does, he/she respects everyone. Whether a gatekeeper or a highly-skilled marketer.

It’s not just about being a good leader. It’s about a better human being. You’re just a person and you make mistakes, everyone does.

But if you have the guts to accept your mistake, you’re a hero.

To run a successful business, you should know that a decision taken without analyzing the situation can turn into a fatal.

It’s human tendency to get away from the thing they fear.
